The big Swiss National Scout Jamboree (“BuLa”=”Bundeslager”), which only takes place every 14 years, will be held this year from 23 July to 6 August in Goms/Wallis (www.mova.ch).
With 35,000 participants, it is one of the biggest events in Switzerland this year. At this youth event, Amateur Radio will be demonstrated to the participating youngsters.

Heinz Keller HB9KOM, responsible for this valuable youth promotion activity, will tell us interesting details about the event and the planned Amateur Radio activities in his HamWebinar on 16 February at 2000 HBT (risc.mova.ch). This Amateur Radio presence is financially supported by USKA. The local USKA section Valais HB9Y is in charge of the operational onsite support.
