According to the announcement in HBradio 3/2023, candidates for the office of the new president of the USKA could apply to the secretariat until Oct 1, 2023. Only the candidature of our Vice-President Bernard HB9ALH was received by this date. The USKA Statutes state in Art 6.2 paragraph 2:
“If only one candidate applies, he is considered elected by silent ballot”.
Bernard, HB9ALH is therefore elected as the new President of the USKA.
The board congratulates HB9ALH and wishes him much joy and success for the new presidency. He will officially take office at the DV on February 24, 2024.
