At the May meeting of the USKA section Aargau, Marc, HB9SSB will present the shack automation software trx-control.
trx-control is a modern and expandable software system that enables the simultaneous control of one or more transceivers and other devices by one or more users. It allows the integration of third-party systems such as DXCluster, SOTA-Cluster and the querying of databases such as HamQTH.com or QRT.com. Using suitable software, exciting scenarios can be implemented that involve the use of multiple transceivers and that were previously unthinkable.
Marc is an entrepreneur, software developer, trainer and former university lecturer. He has long been active in the open source scene, particularly in the BSD projects (OpenBSD, NetBSD, FreeBSD) as well as X.Org (freedesktop.org), PostgreSQL and Lua. His company micro systems also runs the website https://lua.org of the Lua project.
