This webinar is for people who already have a hap router and a Yealink phone and want to set them up for direct connections. We will look at the concept, configure the router and a phone during the webinar, and then make test calls. The requirement is a hap router with AREDN software installed on the internet and a (free) Yealink phone.

Education: Electrical engineer ETH etc. Works mainly as ERP expert for international companies. He started a YouTube channel in the field of sensors and microcontrollers as an experiment almost six years ago. On this channel wireless communication (mainly machine-to-machine) is always a topic. That’s why topics like antennas and Smith Chart are not missing.
Andreas also wants to pass on this knowledge to a younger generation who hear little about such topics in their education. And of course he wants to build a bridge to our beautiful hobby so that as many people as possible cross it in both directions.
He has been a radio amateur since 1977. He learned Morse code in Jassbach and in his younger years he was a radio operator for the ICRC and the Disaster Relief Corps.
